	The Spasnish translation of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan's "Manifesto of the Democratic Civilization" series, "Sociology of Freedom", has been published in Spanish by the Catalan publishing house Descontrol and Meyman publishing house in partnership.&nbsp;
