ANKARA - An indictment has been prepared against a gang of 43 defendants, including Bahtiyar Çolak, the former presiding judge of the Kobanê Case.
The investigation launched against the gang of 43 suspects, including Bahtiyar Çolak, the former presiding judge of the Kobanê Case, has been completed. Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, which completed the investigation against the "Atadedeler" organization, which calls itself the "commercial intelligence branch of the deep state", demanded that the defendants be punished for "establishing and managing an organisation for the purpose of committing crimes, being a member of an organisation and chained fraud within the scope of the organisation's activities".
The indictment included 88 victims and 254 complainants from different professions.
