RIHA - As SDF withdraws to the area designated under the 29 January agreement in the district of Şêxler, Sryia, security forces will provide security in the district. 

 

Under the agreement signed on 29 January between the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria and the Damascus Government, Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) forces in the Şêxler district of Kobanê withdrew to designated areas in a military ceremony. 

 

Following the withdrawal of SDF forces to their designated area, security forces will provide general security in the Şêxler district. 

 

As part of the integration, joint security points had previously been established between the SDF and HTS.
