İSTANBUL - Saturday Mothers asked the whereabouts of murdered businessmen Savaş Buldan and Adnan Yıldırım.while Buldan's wife Pervin Buldan said 'We know who the perpetrators are', Yıldırım's daughter Leyla Yıldırım said: 'Our lives continue watching them, breathing the same air with them.'

Saturday Mothers who'd like to gather in Galatasaray Square for the 740th week of their demonstration to ask the whereabouts of their loved ones, once again stopped by the police. Saturday Mothers made their statements in front of Human's Rights Association (İHD) because of the police blockade. Those who came to participate in the demonstration wore t-shirts printed with the pictures of their loved ones.People's Democratic Party (HDP) Co-chairs Pervin Buldan and Sezai Temelli, HDP MP's Oya Ersoy, Hüda Kaya and Republican People's Party (CHP)MP Sezgin Tanrıkulu attended the demonstration.

In this weeks demonstration, whereabouts of businessmen Savaş Buldan and Adnan Yıldırım who were kidnapped from a hotel in İstanbul, Yeşilköy in 1994 were asked. Their names were in the 'Kurdish businessmen kill list' according to the court records.

Savaş Buldan's wife, HDP Co-chair Pervin Buldan who stated that in this 25 year period, they did not leave any doors unknocked, and there are no places left they did not serach for him, said: "We could only find one thing in that period of time, silent, deaf, blind system with very thick walls. The system did not want us to investigate. We did every thing for the perpetrators to be prosecuted, not only as families, but as Saturday Mothers, forces of democracy, as people on the side of justice and law.Nothing changed since then. We were there to witness it.Despite the fact that we tabled this in the parliament, we never got to find justice. These systematic extrajudicial killings are not only the problem of 90's, they are still happening. As Buldan, Karay and Yıldırım families, we have always promised to continue our struggle to reveal these murders. Until the perpetrators were found and punished. Yes, but we know who the perpetrators are. And we know that these murders were committed by the state itself. Those who committed these murders did not deny themselves. Every term they said it in their own way. For the sake of the state, they stated that they committed these murders for the future of the state. And they transferred it to some commissions. The government back then and the government now have not done anything about it. The ongoing judicial process was carried out in a system that served as a system to protect the perpetrators. We demand once again that we do not accept this, we want the perpetrators to be punished and brought to justice.

And Adnan Yıldırım's daughter Leyla Yıldırım told about their dissappearance. Leyla Yıldırım said: They were our hero fathers we could not tolerate. They were killed being tortured. We saw their lifeless bodies in the media growing up. We continue living our lives seeing their killers everyday, breathing the same air with them.We want to see the Prime Minister of the period, Tansu Çiller and the gang leader, Istanbul Police Chief Mehmet Ağar to be prosecuted. We want the justice that is our right. They should never forget that they may die in their comfy beds, but they will be referred to as killers for generations. They will make the history as the killers of innocent people.

Leyla Yıldırım called for attendance for the commemoration of her father Yıldırım, Karay and Buldan on the 25 th year anniversary of their dissappearance.
