Turkey's attacks against North and East Syria continues on its 39th day. The attacks of Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) and SMO, which consists of Salafi groups intensifies on the M4 Highway from Eyn Isa to Til Temir. Syrian Democratic Forces responds these attacks using their right to self- defense.

 

The crimes of the groups gathered under the roof of SMO as looting, torture, plundering, abduction, massacre and changing the demography continues in Girê Spî and Serêkaniyê just like they did in Efrîn, Cerablus, Ezaz and İdlib.

 

New names of ISIS members used in SMO adds up to the list everyday. Hawar News Agency (ANHA), following up the news at the region have recently published the 77 ISIS members fighting in SMO ranks.

 

Seven more names were reached recently.

 

According to the local sources these 7 ISIS members have taken place in the attacks against Girê Spî and Serêkaniyê as well as those who tried ethnic cleansing on the Yazidi community.

 

The seven ISIS members, their background and current positions are as follows: 

 

 

 

* Ramî El Dehiş: He was born in Girê Spî. He joined Ehrar El Şam at the beginning of the Syrian Civil War, El Demiş who later joined ISIS became the intelligence officer in the city. Today, he is fighting with Ehrar Al Sherqiya under SMO.

 

 

* Raxid Yusuf El Dehiş: He is using the code name “Ebû Disir” and he was born in  Girê Spî. He established the El Qadisiye Brigade of the Free Syrian Army (FSA). After joining ISIS, Raxid Yusuf El Dehiş, who conducts intelligence studies, is now providing intelligence to the MIT (National Intelligence Organization of Turkey).

 

 

 

 

* Tariq Ebu Mizefer:  He is from Girê Spî's El Zêbeqiye village. He belongs to a Turkmen tribe. He was an important name from ISIS, when ISIS controlled this region. He is now fighting under the roof of SMO.

 

 

  

* Mueeyed Ebid El Mistefa: He is an Emir of ISIS from Rakka's Hezîma district. He is known to flee to Turkey after SDF started an operation to Rakka. He took place in the Siluk attack of SMO.

 

 

 

* Sermed Etewî: He is from Irak, Mosul. He joined ISIS in Mosul. He participated in the Shengal attacks as well as others and commanded these attacks. He later passed to Dêra Zor and after ISIS was defated he moved to Eyn İsa Camp. He was armed by the SMO which was directed by Turkish Armed Forces. He helped tens of ISIS members including his family escape from the camp and took refuge in SMO. He is known to be one of the ISIS members that burned down the camp.

 

 

 

* Mehmûd El Qedûş El Eran: He is from Ebu Kamal district of Dêra Zor. He was the officer responsible from Hesêke and Şeddadê. He fleed to Turkey after SDF took back these places from ISIS. He joined SMO here and went to Cerablus. He participated in the attacks against the region and now he is in Serêkanîyê. 

 

* Ismayîl El Hefiyan: He is known as “Ebû Xelil". He is from the tribe called Cêse. He was from Hamza Brigade fighting under the roof of Free Syrian Army. He joined ISIS with his brigade when ISIS took control of the city. He fleed to Turkey when SDF took the city back from ISIS. He stayed in Akçakale with his brigade, later joined SMO and participated in the attacks against Girê Spî. He is known to be one of the members of the Assembly established in the city.
