VAN - Tevgera Jinên Azad (TJA) activist Leyla Aşkan was detained at the entrance to Tatvan.

Leyla Aşkan, who had set off from Van at night for a 2-day conference held by Tevgera Jinên Azad (TJA) in Amed, was detained in Tatvan, in Bitlis.
 
She has been taken into custody because of a lawsuit filed against her.
 
Aşkan was taken to Tatvan District Police Department.
