DİYARBAKIR - The body of Musa Yılmaz who died in Dersim was washed in front of house when the police did not allow him to be washed in the mosque.
HPG member Musa Yılmaz who died in a clash in Dersim on May 6, was delivered to his family in Malatya Forensic Medicine Institude.
The family who recieved the body in Malatya, took Yılmaz to Feridun District Cemetery in Silvan. The family was not allowed in the mosque which was surrounded by the police. The family was not allowed to wash the body in the mosque either so they had to wash the body in front of a house of a relative. Yılmaz then was laid to rest.
Many people including MEBYA-DER executives attanded the funeral even though the police warned that the funeral could not be carried out with too many people due to the coronavirus (Covid-19).
