WOMEN'S STRUGGLE IS INTERNATIONAL
Esmaeil Fattahi, who reached our agency from Aydın Repatriation Center, said: "Women who fought against the Islamic regime in Iran continue their struggle against the withdrawal from the Istanbul Convention in Denizli. The struggle of women is international and is not bound by geographical boundaries. We are being held because we disrupted the public order Participating in a press release is not a crime."
YESTERDAY 32 REFUGEES WERE DEPORTED
Stating that psychological violence was used against them at the Removal Center, Fattahi stated, "They say that they will send us to Iran. 32 refugees from various countries were dragged from here to be deported. There are nearly 100 refugees in the Repatriation Center, and as far as I understand, most of them are waiting for the process of appealing against the decision as we do. However, they were suddenly deported without waiting for the process to be completed."
'BE OUR VOICE'
Expressing that their attorneys are making efforts against the deportation, Fattahi said: "I was kept in prison because I was against the regime in Iran. I was able to come to Turkey. I fled from Iran six years ago due to the the pressure. Now they want to make us surrender again to the Iranian regime. We will be killed and tortured if we are delivered to Iran, I am sure of that. Therefore, the support of human rights organizations and the public will save our lives. Please do not remain silent, be our voice."
