URFA - Ferit Şenyaşar, who continues his struggle for "Justice" in front of the courthouse with his mother Emine Şenyaşar, said that AKP Deputy İbrahim Halil Yıldız's brother Süleyman Yıldız threatened them with death for the second time and they filed a criminal complaint.
The sit in Şenyaşar family refers to as the 'Justice Watch' started by Emine Şenyaşar who lost her husband and two sons in the attack carried out by the relatives and bodyguards of AKP Urfa MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız and Ferit Şenyaşar who survived the attack wounded is on its 119th day today.
Speaking about their visit to Diyarbakır looking for legal support, Ferit Şenyaşar said: "We visited the NGOs and the Diyarbakır Bar President. Everyone knows about our case and following closely.Everyone thinks what happened to us is unacceptable.
DEATH THREAT
Reminding that the real massacre took place at the Suruç State Hospital, Şenyaşar said: "There are security videos of the hospital, the statements of the doctors and my mother. Yet, they continue to walk free among the society. Brother of this MP who is armoured with impunity threatened us with death again. We have filed a second criminal complaint."
8TH PROSECUTOR
Stating that the 8th prosecutor to investigate the case will be determined today, Şenyaşar said: "We will not allow our case to drop due to prescription. A massacre has been done in that hospital. The seventh prosecutor said he identified 23 perpetrators. These prosecutor's has a great deal of political pressure on them. We will try to make an appointment with the prosecutor that will be determined today."
'WE ARE NOT AFRAID, WE WILL GET JUSTICE'
Stating that they are not afraid and they are confident that will get justice, Şenyaşar said: "We will die on this path. Everytime we try to get inside this court house we land in police custody or in hospital's E.R. We want everyone's support in our cause. Everyone is wellcome here who want to show solidarity."
'A NEW HOPE'
The family shared the following on their Twitter account: "The 7th prosecutor of our case is gone. The 8th one will be determined today. What happened at that hospital is a crime against humanity. We want what needs to be done in a country ruled by law. A new prosecutor, a new hope!"
