FAMILIES WILL VISIT ÖHD AND İHD
After visiting the parliament, the families will visit Human's Rights Association (İHD) at 14.00. Families will convey the unlawfulnesses in İmralı and their demands to the İHD officials. Families will then visit the Association for Lawyers for Freedom (ÖHD).
NEW BAN ON VISITATION
Asrın Law Office's lawyers applied to the Parliament, Ministry of Justice, prison administration and some non-governmental organizations last week for their clients, whom they could not hear from. The application made by the lawyers to the Bursa Execution Judge on November 22, with the request for an "urgent meeting", was rejected on the grounds of a 6-month lawyer and 3-month family visit ban. In its decision, the judgeship did not include the reason for the ban.
