NEWS CENTER - Commander-in-Chief of the Syrian Democratic Forces, Mazloum Abdi, confirmed that the targeting of members of the Syrian Youth Revolutionary Movement and the Young Women's Union in the town of Kobané targets the security and safety in NE Syria.
From his Twitter account, Mazloum Abdi said: "The Turkish raid, which targeted a group of 9 citizens of the youth organization in one of the houses in Kobané led to the death of 5 members, is a continuation of the occupation in Syria. These attacks also targets the security and safety in NE Syria.
Abdi added: "We pray for mercy on the souls of the martyrs, and we wish a speedy recovery for the wounded. We also call on the United Nations to stop the Turkish policy of intimidation against civilians and stop this hostility, which undermine the efforts for stability."
