ESKİŞEHİR - 5 journalist, who were detained through an investigation in Eskişehir, were referred to the court with the demand of arrest after their testifies at the prosecutor's office.
The prosecutor's testify of the journalists who were detained in house raids in many cities within the investigation initiated by Eskişehir Chief Public Prosecutor's Office and borught to Eskişehir were completed. Journalists were asked about their news reports during their interrogation at the prosecutor's office.
Mehmet Yaşar Abatan was released after his testify to the prosecutor's office. Mehmet Üçar, Erdoğan Alayumat, Serap Güneş, Bilge Aksu and Tuğçe Yılmaz were referred to the Criminal Criminal Judicature of Peace for "being an illegal organisation member".
The prosecutor's office referred Bilal Seçkin, Havin Derya and Suzan Demir to the court with the demand for release on judicial control conditions.
