ANKARA- DEM Party Co-Chair Tülay Hatimoğulları visited Emine Senyaşar. Senyaşar is on the 58th day of her protest in front of the Ministry of Justice. Hatimoğulları stated that the demands of the Senyaşar family are their own demands and called for ownership of the protest.

Emine Senyaşar's husband and two sons were murdered by the bodyguards and relatives of former AKP deputy Ibrahim Halil Yıldız on June 14, 2018. Emine Senyaşar and her son, Peoples' Equality and Democracy Party (DEM Party) Riha Deputy Ferit Senyaşar, whose survived the attack, continue their Justice Watch action in Ankara on the 58th day.

People's Equality and Democracy Party DEM (Party) Co-Chair Tülay Hatimoğulları, DEM Party Amed Deputy Sevilay Celenk and DEM Party Ankara Provincial Organization visited Emine Senyaşar and Ferit Senyaşar in front of the Ministry of Justice.

FERIT SENYASAR: PROMISES WERE NOT KEPT

Ferit Senyaşar, who spoke first within the scope of the visit, said that in their meeting with the Minister of Justice about five months ago, the Minister of Justice said that the perpetrators who massacred them in the hospital would be tried, but no one was tried in the two intervening hearings, so they decided to continue the action again. Senyaşar said: “We came to the Ministry of Justice once again after the promises were not kept. My mother says, ‘as long as my son is not released, I will die here if necessary, but I will not leave here."

'WHEN WE COME HERE, ALL THREE DOORS OF THE MINISTRY ARE CLOSED'

Senyaşar said: “We came to the Ministry of Justice with the mother. Tomorrow we will be hundreds of people, the next day millions will come and support our Justice Watch action. Look, we have the Ministry of Justice behind us; Every time we come here, all three doors of the ministry are closed. Even this situation shows how incompetent the Minister of Justice is. Three of our people were murdered in the hospital. But security cameras were stolen from the hospital. Security cameras in the hospital cannot be stolen. Our Justice Watch action will continue until our brother is released."

Emine Senyaşar also underlined that would not leave the Ministry of Justice until the day her son release.

'THE FAMILY'S DEMANDS ARE OUR DEMANDS'

Speaking afterwards, DEM Party Co-Chair Tülay Hatimoğulları said: “The Justice Watch of the Senyaşar family continues in front of the Ministry of Justice. Our mother is fasting and breaks her fast here every evening with the hope that justice will console her. As I begin my words; I wish the Month of Ramadan to be blessed to the entire Islamic world. I truly hope that the Month of Ramadan will lead to the justice we seek. Just now, Ferit listed the demands of the Senyaşar family once again. The family's demands are also our demands.

SENYASAR FAMILY IS A VICTIM

Senyaşar family was victimized by the AKP government and its supporter, the judiciary. Justice must be served. Members of the Senyaşar family are being murdered in the hospital in front of the cameras. Under normal circumstances, if a fly flies, law enforcement would be able to take precautions, but this murder is turned a blind eye. There is also negligence on the part of law enforcement forces. There is also negligence in the documents collected.

DECISIONS WERE SIGNED EXCELLENT THE MURDERERS

When we look at the court decisions taken; We see that decisions have been signed acquitting the murderers. That's why the mother's Justice Watch action is so important. The family's demand is very clear; While a person who survived the massacre and was put in prison with serious injuries is being held in prison, the murderers are walking around outside. It is not possible to accept this. The demands of the Senyaşar family are our demands. Every person who has a conscience, even a little bit of conscience in their heart, and every person who follows this issue closely should put their hand on their heart and stand by this just struggle for justice. We will support this struggle until the mother's demands are realized.
