The anger and reaction of the women, who took to the streets after the withdrawal of the Istanbul Convention on the night of March 20 by the Presidential decree continues. In addition to the street protests, the We Will Stop Femicide Platform (KCDP) hanged a large petition written by a woman, titled "I do not want to die" on a board in Zincirlikuyu. Soon after, the police took down the banner. The women, who protested the removal of the banner, hung their huge petition banners at different points in many provinces of the country.
The banner hanged in Beşiktaş, Şişli and Kadıköy districts in Istanbul, was also hung in Çan district of Çanakkale, Yalova and Antalya.
