ŞIRNAK- Journalist Zeynep Durgut, who was detained in Cizre 4 days ago, was referred to the courthouse.

 

As part of the investigation initiated by the Şırnak Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Mezopotamya Agency (MA) reporter Zeynep Durgut, who was detained by the police, hadcuffed from the back, after the police raid on her house on February 14, was referred to the courthouse.

 

Journalist Durgut, who has been detained in Cizre TEM (Counter-Terrorism Unit) for the last 4 days, was prosessed at police station yesterday. Durgut, whom the prosecutor's office placed a confidentiality order on her file was questioned about her posts in the social media and "anonymous witness" statements.

 

It was learned that Durgut, who was brought to the Şırnak Courthouse after her statement at the police station, is kept waiting for the prosecutor to question her.
