ONE-YEAR LONG PREPERATION
The stalemate in the operation, which has been going on for nearly a year, intensified the diplomatic traffic between Ankara and Hewler. Following the talks between Defense Minister Hulusi Akar and MIT Undersecretary Hakan Fidan in the Federated Kurdistan Region, Federated Kurdistan Regional President Nêçîrvan Barzani and AKP President Tayyip Erdoğan had another meeting. After this traffic that became continuous between Ankara and Hewlêr, a statement came from the Union of Communities of Kurdistan (KCK).
