NEWS CENTER- Masrour Barzani Prime Minister of the Federated Kurdistan Region admitted 3 days later that Turkey carried out attacks in areas under the control of the KDP.
In cooperation with the KDP, Turkey launched an attack on the Federated Kurdistan Region on April 17. The attacks came after the Federated Kurdistan Region Prime Minister Mesrur Barzani visited Turkey on April 15 and met with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and MİT Undersecretary Hakan Fidan.
In his speech at the Chatham House Conference in London today, Barzani openly acknowledged Turkey's cooperation in the region.
In his speech, Barzani said, “Turkey is attacking the PKK from our borders. Due to the war between the PKK and the Turkish state, nearly 800 villagers cannot return to their villages."
