URFA - Şenyaşar family shared the message "Both the state and the government have accepted that my children are innocent" on the 414th day of the Justice Watch.

 

The Justice Watch carried out by the Şenyaşar family has reached day 414. The sit-in was launched on  March 9, 2021 by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack carried out by AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız's bodyguards and relatives in the Suruç province of Urfa, on June 14, 2018. The mother and son, who continues their sit-in, came to the Urfa Courthouse from their house in Suruç district early in the morning.

 

Sitting on the stairs of the courthouse, the mother and son explain to the citizens and lawyers why they are staging the sit-in.

 

Tagging the accounts of the Ministry of Justice and Minister of Justice Bekir Bozdağ, The family shared the following message from their Twitter account, "Emine Şenyaşar: A legal step has been taken regarding our case. Both the state and the government have accepted that my children are innocent. They murdered my 2 children and my husband. I want to go home with my son who is being held in cell alone for the last 4 years and mourn."
