ANKARA - An investigation was launched by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office on the grounds of terrorist  propaganda right after 5th congress

Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) held its 5th Ordinary Grand Congress in Ankara Sports Hall with the slogan "We are the solution". The crowd flowing to Ankara from many parts of Turkey did not fit into the hall where the congress was held. An investigation was launched by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office immediately after the congress held with great enthusiasm.

In the statement made by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was stated that an ex officio investigation was launched on the grounds of terrorist  propaganda right after 5th congress was made regarding the slogans shouted at the congress. It is emphasized In the statement as following, “Four  ‘suspects’ have been identified so far. Warrants have been issued for the identification of the rest. Based on the instructions given by our Office of the Chief Public Prosecutor, the processes of identifying all ‘suspects’ and transferring them to our Office of Chief Public Prosecutor are continuing by the teams of the Ankara Provincial Security Directorate TEM Branch Directorate.”
