ANKARA - It has been learned that the police filmed the journalists brought to the courthouse handcuffed behind the back and in a single file.
JINNEWS reporters Habibe Eren and Öznur Değer, Mesopotamia Agency (MA) Editor-in-Chief Diren Yurtsever, MA reporters Deniz Nazlım, Selman Güzelyüz, Zemo Ağgöz, Berivan Altan, Emrullah ACar, Ceylan Şahinli, Hakan Yalçın and journalist Mehmet Günhan who were detained with raids on their homes on October 25 as part of an investigation carried out by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office was brought to the Ankara Courthouse 4 days later.
Journalists, who refused to give their statements to the police due to the fact that they were tortured by the police during their detention were brought to the Ankara Courthouse this morning after their proceedings were completed. It was learned that the police took the journalists out of the police station handcuffed behind the back and took videos and pictures of them while they made them walk 60-70 meters in a single file to the courthouse.
