At least 225 people were arrested in Iran in July alone, with the rate of arrests increasing by 34 percent compared to June. According to the information received, it is stated that at least 131 of those arrested are Kurds and 19 are Baluch, while 29 women and 7 children are among those arrested. Many students and academics are among those arrested in Iran, where 16 religious activists were also arrested. There are also 8 journalists and 7 artists among those arrested.
