ANKARA - Prisoners named Ahmet Göksu and Nusret Kaya, who are held in Aksaray T Type Prison, said that they were not taken to the hospital and their medicines were given late in the infirmary.

MEDICATIONS ARE GIVEN LATE AND HOSPITAL REFERRAL IS NOT MADE
Ahmet Göksu, who is held in Aksaray T Type Prison, stated that he went to the infirmary with a complaint of throat infection, and that the doctor in the infirmary should have referred him to the hospital, but the hospital referral was not made for a long time. Göksu said that the medicines prescribed by the infirmary doctor were given to him 20 days later.
PRESSURE HAS INCREASED
Göksu's family also stated that the prison administration increased their arbitrary practices and psychological pressure, and many prisoners were given solitary confinement.
PRISONER WAITED FOR TWO YEARS TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL
Nüsret Kaya, who is held in the same prison, also reported similar problems. Kaya's family stated that Kaya waited for nearly two years to go to the hospital and was only recently taken to the hospital. The family also noted that they requested many times to be transferred to Idir, where Kaya's family lives, but they did not receive any results.
