AMED - Osman E., a Quran Course instructor in Qetîn neighborhood of Karaz district of Amed, sexually harassed a child.
It is learned that Osman E., a resident of Qetîn (Çaytepe) neighborhood of Karaz (Kocaköy) district of Amed (Diyarbakır), who teaches children in Quran Course, sexually harassed several children.
Sexual harassment was revealed when one of the children told his family about the incident. Osman E. was detained upon the family's complaint. On September 7, Osman E. was arrested by the Criminal Judicature of Peace on Duty and defended himself by saying “I regret it”.
Osman E. said in his statement that he made the child massage him and then sexually abused him. Osman E., who confessed his crime by saying, “I was caught in a moment of heedlessness,” said, “(...) then I realized my mistake and sent the child to his room. I regret it.”
It is reported that other children were sexually harassed in the same Quran Course.
