'WE WILL DEFINITELY WIN’
DEM Party Co-Chair Tülay Hatimoğulları started her speech by reminding the ongoing hunger strike actions demanding the physical freedom of PKK Leader Abdullah Ocalan. Emphasizing that they will send trustees in the elections, Hatimoğulları said: "Our cause is the Kurdish people's struggle for rights to solve their own issues. It is the struggle of Alevis and different peoples for equal citizenship in this country. It is the struggle of women, young people, defenders of nature. Our struggle is the struggle of workers, laborers and the poor. We do not see the upcoming local elections as independent of these. We will definitely win. We will gift this victory to all peoples on March 31.”
