Giant poster of Abdullah Öcalan at Amed Newroz

AMED - A giant poster of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan was paraded around the Newroz area during the glorious Amed Newroz. 

Hundreds of thousands of people participated in the magnificent Amed (Diyarbakır) Newroz organised under the slogan "Rêbertiya Azad Civaka Demokratîk (Free Leader, Democratic Society)" in Newroz Park in Rezan (Bağlar) district of Amed. The "Call for Peace and Democratic Society" made by Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan on 27 February left its mark on the Newroz area where the enthusiasm never subsided. In the Newroz area, young people carried the giant poster of Abdullah Öcalan around the area.
