7 Kurdish political parties and civil society organisations in Rojhilat and Iran called on everyone to speak out against the increasing repression of the regime.
A group including representatives of civil society organisations, intellectuals and writers set out from Amed (Diyarbakır) to watch the ceremony to be held by the PKK in Sulaymaniyah.

Journalist Erdal Er stated that the ceremony to be held by the PKK will be a milestone for the process, saying, “The future of the process depends on the government’s stance. Ankara needs to prepare a legal and lawful basis for these steps.”
Peace Mother Peyruze Kurt, who lost two fo her children during the conflicts, called for the establishment of the commission in the Parliament and steps to be taken toward resolving the Kurdish issue.
Police officers from Istanbul Security Directorate's Anti-Financial Crimes Department raided CHP-affiliated Sile Municipality in the morning hours. Mayor Ozgur Kabadayi and some people from the municipality were detained.
